Running things between Daka Vihar in the Najaf Garh Industrial Area and our spot in Mangolpuri is a lot of work for the small team we have. We spend most of our time dealing with polymers and different chemicals, which is a messy business if you are not careful. The warehouse floor in Najafgarh is usually stacked with bags and drums that need to be moved out to customers. It gets pretty hot during the summer months, and the smell of the raw materials is something you just get used to after a week of working here. We do not have a big fancy office with air conditioning; we mostly stay on the floor making sure the mixtures are right and the orders are going to the right trucks. It is a lot of heavy lifting and checking labels over and over again. My hands are usually stained with something or other by lunch time. We started out small and just kept adding more equipment as we needed it. The traffic between Najafgarh and Mangolpuri can be a real headache, especially when we are trying to coordinate deliveries on short notice. We just try to get the orders filled correctly so people do not call us back to complain about the chemical grades. It is basic industrial work, nothing more and nothing less. We keep the machines running and try to stay on top of the inventory as best as we can.
