Mahavir Enterprises is right in the middle of Sadar Bazar, which is probably one of the busiest places you could ever be. We are located on the first floor of No-3433 on Lallumissar Street. If you can find Singhara Chowk, you are basically there. It’s a constant maze of people, carts, and noise outside our door. We deal in all kinds of goods, mostly wholesale stuff that changes depending on the season. The office is small and usually packed with samples and boxes from floor to ceiling. We’ve been in Sadar Bazar for years, so we’ve seen how the market has changed. It’s a tough place to work because of the crowd, but there is an energy to it that you don't get anywhere else. We don't have a fancy showroom. Customers just come up the stairs, look at what we have, and we haggle over the price like everyone else does around here. It’s an honest way to make a living. We don't use any big marketing words because everyone here knows who we are. My family has been doing this for a long time. Some days are exhausting, especially when the heat is bad and the power goes out, but we open up every morning and get to work. It’s just how things are done on Lallumissar Street. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to run a decent business for our families.
