If you come down to Karkardooma Village, you will find us at Plot No. 308 right on the Main Road. L. D. International is tucked away here, and it is a pretty lively spot to work. The village has changed so much over the years, moving from small houses to these packed business plots. Our office is not very big, but we manage to get all our paperwork done and handle the shipping details from here. The main road is a bit of a nightmare during rush hour, so we usually try to get in early before the traffic starts. There is a small tea stall nearby that makes decent biscuits, and that is usually our breakfast. We have a few desks and a lot of filing cabinets that are starting to overflow. It is just a few of us here, and we have known each other for a long time, so there is no formal talk. We mostly just shout across the room when we need something. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait around, but we use that time to catch up on the local news. Dealing with international trade from a village setting feels a bit strange sometimes, but it works for us. We do not have any big signs or flashy lights outside. Just a simple door and a lot of work happening inside every single day. We keep it simple and stay focused on the tasks.
