Ken Flow

We've been at Sita Puri Sitapura Extension for a while now. Ken Flow is basically where we spend most of our days, right on Main Dabri Dwarka Road. It's not a fancy office, just a place where we get work done and talk to people who need help with their water systems. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud, but we're usually inside checking parts or answering the phone. My cousin helped me set things up here a few years back because we knew the area needed someone reliable. We don't do much advertising, mostly people just see our sign or hear about us from a neighbor. The shop stays busy enough. We keep a lot of stuff in stock so folks don't have to wait too long. It’s a bit messy sometimes with all the equipment lying around, but we know where everything is. If you're driving down the road toward Dwarka, you'll see us. We usually have the shutters up early. It’s a simple setup, nothing too crazy. Just us working and making sure things run like they should for the customers. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot, but we’re still here in the same spot. It’s a decent place to work. We try to be fair with everyone who walks in. Sometimes we're out on a job, but someone's usually around to help. It's just how we run things here in this corner of the city. We don't have big meetings or fancy coffee machines.
