Rn Technologies

We’ve got our small office at E-53 in West Karawal Nagar. It’s basically a room filled with computers, spare parts, and tangled wires. Most of the time, we’re busy fixing laptops or trying to figure out why a particular piece of hardware isn’t working. It’s not the most organized place, as we have motherboards and keyboards stacked up in corners. We started Rn Technologies because we liked messing around with electronics and figured we could make a living out of it. Some days are slow, while others have people coming in every ten minutes with a cracked screen or a slow computer. Karawal Nagar is a busy area, so there’s always something happening outside our door. We do a lot of troubleshooting, which can be pretty frustrating when a problem doesn't make sense. We don’t wear uniforms or have a big reception desk. You just walk in and talk to whoever is free. Sometimes we’re out on a call at someone’s house or office, so the shop might be closed for an hour or two. We try to keep some common spare parts in stock so people don’t have to wait too long. It’s just a few of us who know our way around a circuit board. We’ve learned most of what we know just by taking things apart and putting them back together over the years. It’s a bit cramped, but it works for us.
