Our place is in the basement at B-114A, near the South Park Apartment in Kalkaji. Being Tib Retail Pvt. Ltd. means we have a lot of stock coming in and out all the time. Since we’re in a basement, it stays a bit cooler, which is nice during the summer months in Delhi. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren't looking for it, but being near the South Park Apartment helps people locate us. We do a lot of packing and sorting down here. It’s a bit of a maze with all the boxes, but we know where everything is. We’ve been in Kalkaji for a while and the neighborhood feels like home. We don’t have a big storefront with lights and displays. It’s more of a functional space for managing our retail operations. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when a big shipment arrives, and we’re all hands on deck moving stuff around. We just try to keep things organized as best as we can. It’s just us working hard to make sure the inventory is right and the orders go out on time. We don’t really do fancy meetings or anything corporate. We just sit at our desks, check the lists, and get the work finished. It’s a small, dedicated team here in the basement trying to keep up with the daily orders.
