You can find us in the basement of 824/3 in Sukhdev Market. Being in Kotla Mubarakpur means there is always a lot of traffic and people around. The basement stays a bit cooler in the summer, which is nice. It’s a functional space. We have our storage and a small office area set up down there. It isn't very bright, but we have enough lights to see what we are doing. We’ve been running K B C Enterprise from this spot for a good while. It's a bit of a walk down the stairs, and you have to watch your head if you're tall. We do a lot of different things depending on what our customers need. Some days are slow and we just tidy up the stock. Other days, it’s a total mess with boxes everywhere. We don’t have a fancy sign outside, just enough so people know they’ve found the right place. The market upstairs is always loud with traders shouting and bikes revving. Down here, it’s a bit quieter. We handle the paperwork and the orders as they come in. It’s a steady pace. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny office. We just need a place to work and keep our things organized. Most people who come here are regulars who know the way down to the basement. If you’re new, just look for the 824/3 building and head down the steps. We'll be there somewhere in the back.
