You can find us over at Kalyan Vihar, specifically on the first floor of building number 52. Being near R.P Bagh makes it pretty easy for people to locate us if they’re looking for industrial chemicals. We’ve been set up in this spot for a good bit of time now. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, so we have to be careful when moving smaller containers around. Most of the heavy lifting happens elsewhere, but this is where we handle the orders and keep the main records. It’s a busy little office most mornings. We usually start early, around eight, to beat the heat and get a head start on the day’s deliveries. There’s a lot of talk about different chemical grades and what’s in stock. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to keep the local businesses supplied with what they need to keep their own operations running. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, and other times it’s quiet enough to hear the traffic outside. We keep a few samples on the shelves, mostly just to show what’s available. It’s just me and a few others keeping the place going. We don't have any big corporate meetings; we just talk across the desks when something needs to get sorted out. It’s a straightforward way to run things, and it works for us. We drink a lot of tea while we work and try to stay on top of the paperwork and logs.
