This shop is in Faridabad, specifically Sector 15, Shop Number 779. We are also near Sector 15 A, which makes it a convenient spot for people living around here. It’s a local neighborhood market area, so it’s always got something going on. We’ve been here for a while. The shop is small and quite packed with various items. We have boxes stacked up in the corners because there just isn't enough shelf space. It’s a busy little place most of the time. People from the nearby apartments come in all the time for help or to buy something new. Sometimes it’s for something small like a cable, other times they want to look at every single thing we have. We try to keep the place tidy but it’s hard when you have so much stock coming in every week. The street outside is always full of cars and people walking their dogs. We have a small fan that we keep running during the summer months to stay cool. It’s just a few of us working here. We know the regulars by name now since they come in so often. It’s a typical local business. We don't have any corporate training or fancy uniforms. We just wear what’s comfortable and talk to the customers like normal people. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to use the backup. It’s just part of life in this sector.
