Hbr Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. is based in Office No. 26 at the Banarsi Dass Estate in Civil Lines. This area has a bit of history to it, and the estate itself feels quite old-fashioned compared to the new glass buildings you see elsewhere. Our office is just one room among many in the complex. It’s a bit of a maze to find No. 26 if you haven't been here before. We have high ceilings and those old wooden doors that have been painted over many times. Inside, we have a few desks and a very old filing system. We deal with chemical trading and distribution mostly. Civil Lines is a bit quieter than the main city markets, which we like. There are old trees around the estate that provide some shade. We don't have a fancy showroom. Most of our business is done over the phone or through emails. We keep a few samples in glass jars on the cupboards. The staff is just a handful of us who have been together for years. We know the tea stall guy and the postman by name. It’s a comfortable, steady place to work. We don't feel the need to move to a modern office because this spot in the Banarsi Dass Estate has everything we need. It stays cool in the summer because of the thick walls, and we just like the feeling of the place. It's our home base for all the chemical logistics we handle.
