We set up shop here in Govind Nagar a few years back. It’s right near North Shivaji Park, so there’s always people walking by or kids playing. Most days it’s just us packing the van with cables and sensors for whatever job is lined up. We do a lot of locks and cameras for the houses around here. It gets busy in the mornings when the traffic picks up. Our place isn't big, but it’s enough for all the tools and parts we need to keep organized. People usually just drop in to ask a quick question about their alarms or if they need a new sensor replaced. We try to keep things simple because nobody wants a complicated system they can't use. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to work outside, especially during the rainy months, but we manage. We’ve known some of the neighbors for a long time now. It feels good to be part of the community here. We just go about our work, fixing things and making sure people feel okay in their homes. It’s not a fancy office or anything, just a workspace where we get things sorted. We keep the spare parts in the back and a small desk where we do the paperwork. It’s a bit messy sometimes with all the wires, but we know where everything is. If you’re walking past the park, you’ll probably see our sign. We're usually out on calls but someone is usually around to help.
