If you are looking for Fm Enterprises, we are based at Nisan Niwas, House No. 280C. It is located on Khasra No. 146, right near the MCD Primary School in the Rajpur Khurd Extension Colony. Working out of an extension colony is a bit different than being in a main commercial hub. It’s a bit more residential, so you hear the kids playing at the school nearby and the local vegetable sellers going past. We’ve set up our workspace here to handle all the enterprise tasks we take on. It’s a bit of a maze getting through some of the streets in Rajpur Khurd if you aren't used to it, but once you find Nisan Niwas, it’s easy. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working at our desks, trying to keep up with the orders and paperwork. It’s a small operation, mostly run by family and a couple of helpers. The house has been converted a bit to make room for all the stuff we need to store. It’s not a polished corporate office with glass walls; it’s a real place where real work gets done. We often have tea while we figure out the schedule for the week. Sometimes deliveries get delayed because the roads are narrow, but we always find a way to make it work. It’s a quiet, steady kind of business where we focus on what needs to be done right in front of us without any extra fuss.
