Our spot is at No. 342 Sant Nagar, over in East of Kailash. It’s a busy neighborhood and we’ve been here for quite some time now. We mainly handle networking stuff and tech systems for Exelan Networking Technology Pvt. Ltd. It isn’t the fanciest office you’ll ever see, just a lot of cables, routers, and desks with people working at them. Most days involve us troubleshooting connections or trying to figure out why a server is acting up. It gets a bit messy with all the wires everywhere, but we know where everything goes. The team here is small, just a handful of us who have known each other for years. We usually just have our tea and get on with the tasks for the day. East of Kailash is a good location because there are plenty of little places to grab a quick lunch nearby. We have seen the streets change a lot since we first moved in. Some days are really quiet and we just catch up on things, while other days are totally hectic when a client has a big problem. We don't really do much in the way of advertising or glossy brochures. Most people find us because they live nearby or someone they know told them about us. We keep the shop open and just do what needs to be done. It is simple, practical work and we try not to overcomplicate things. The stairs up to the office are a bit narrow, so watch your step if you visit.
