Dronn Chemplast is based at Plot No. A-34, which is actually inside the Parsvnath Metro Mall in Shahdara. It is a bit of an unusual spot for a company like ours, but being in the mall makes it easy for people to find us. We have a small office space there where we handle all the administrative work and meet with customers. Shahdara is a crowded area, so the metro mall is like a little landmark for everyone. Inside our unit, things are pretty functional. We have some samples of the plastic and chemical products we deal with, but mostly it's just desks and chairs. It’s not a large team, just a few of us who have been working together for a long time. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy talk. If someone needs something, we just see if we can get it for them. The mall can get really noisy on the weekends, but during the week, it is quiet enough for us to get our work done. We handle the logistics and the sales from this small base. It’s a simple setup. We don't have any flashy slogans or mission statements. We just come in, do the work, and go home. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they were already at the mall for something else. It works for us and keeps the overhead low. We keep our files organized in metal cabinets.
