Dr L M Soni

Dr L M Soni has been operating out of 11/255 in Trilokpuri for quite a while now. This is a neighborhood practice where things are kept very simple and local. The clinic is located right in the residential block, so we see a lot of the same faces every day. It’s not a big hospital with glass walls; it’s just a small place where people come when they aren't feeling well. The waiting area usually has a few people chatting while they wait their turn. We don't have a big team of nurses or assistants, just a few of us to keep things running. The streets in Trilokpuri can be quite narrow and busy, which makes the clinic feel very much a part of the daily life there. We try to listen to what people have to say and help them out as best as we can. There isn't any fancy equipment, just the basics needed for a neighborhood doctor’s office. We keep our own files and manage the appointments on a first-come, first-served basis. It’s a practical way to work, and the people here seem to appreciate that we’re easy to talk to. We don't do much in the way of promotion. Most of our patients live within walking distance. It’s just a regular part of the neighborhood. We’ve been through a lot of changes in the area over the years, but the clinic stays much the same.
