Our place is in the Mahalaxmi Niwas Building over in Dilshad Colony. It’s pretty close to the metro station, so it’s easy to find if you’re walking from there. We’ve been working on security stuff for a good bit now. Mostly we deal with cameras and locks and things like that. It’s at No-A-114. The office is usually full of boxes and different pieces of equipment. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped but we manage fine. We spend a lot of our time out on sites though. People want to feel safe in their homes or shops, and that's where we come in. We don't use a lot of big words to explain how things work. We just show how the gadgets operate. It’s practical stuff. Sometimes the tech changes fast and we have to sit down and figure it out for ourselves. It's not always easy keeping up with everything new. We aren't a huge company with a big call center. When you call, one of us picks up the phone directly. Dilshad Colony is a busy area, which keeps us on our toes. We see a lot of people coming and going from the metro every day. Our sign is right there on the building so you can't miss it. We try to be fair and just do the work as it comes. Nothing fancy about us. We like being part of the neighborhood. It feels good when the job is done.
