Our lab is tucked away in Ranjit Nagar at 302-B-11. It's not a huge place, but we have the equipment needed to check what's actually in the water. We started Delhi Water Test Laboratory Pvt Ltd because we saw a lot of people worried about their taps. It’s mostly just us looking at samples and writing down numbers all day. The office is often full of glass bottles and clipboards. We try to keep things organized, but when a lot of samples come in at once, it gets a bit hectic and messy. It's quiet work, mostly. We aren't a big corporation with fancy offices. We just focus on the testing part. Sometimes the equipment acts up, and we have to spend the morning fixing a sensor before we can even start the actual tests. People from the neighborhood bring in their jars, and we give them the results when they're ready. It’s practical stuff. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and the locals know where to find us. We don’t do much advertising; people usually just hear about us from a neighbor or a friend. The stairs up to 302-B-11 are a bit steep and the lighting in the hallway isn't the best, but we've gotten used to the climb. It's just a regular day-to-day operation here. We handle the paperwork, run the tests, and keep the lights on. It's honest work and it keeps us busy enough through the week.
