About City Signage & Advertising – Safety & Security in Delhi
In Mandawali, we are at House Number D 56, right in Gali Number 10. The street is pretty narrow, so if you’re coming by car, you have to be a bit careful. It’s more of a residential street, so the shop feels very much like a part of the house. We have our tools and materials set up in the front area. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood all day—people talking, kids playing, and the occasional scooter zooming past. It’s a busy little place. We don't have a lot of room, so the floor is usually our main workspace. Our knees are probably a bit worse for wear from all the kneeling and cutting we do. We have an old radio that plays local stations while we work. It’s not a high-tech office with glass walls. It’s just a room with some machines and a lot of scrap metal and plastic. We don't go in for any of that promotional talk you see online. We just tell people what we can do and then we do it. The power can be a bit tricky here, so we’ve learned to work fast when the lights are on. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living in a crowded part of town. We usually have a bit of a chat with anyone who stops by. It’s how things are done here.
