Butta Water Cooling Plant

At Butta Water Cooling Plant, we operate out of Rohini Sector 16, specifically at CSC-6, shops 14 and 15. It’s a functional space designed for one thing: keeping the water systems running. The shop is filled with the hum of cooling units and the smell of metal and coolant. We have two adjacent units because one just wasn't enough to hold all the equipment and parts we need. Summer is our busiest time, obviously. During those months, the phone never stops, and we are usually out on calls more than we are in the shop. The rest of the year is a bit slower, which gives us time to organize the tools and catch up on maintenance. Rohini is a big area, and being in the CSC-6 complex puts us right in the middle of a lot of residential blocks. We don’t have a sales team or any fancy brochures. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they saw our sign while going to the grocery store nearby. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and getting our hands dirty with grease and rust. We aren't trying to sound like some big international firm. We are just a local cooling plant trying to keep up with the demand. The floor is often wet, and the noise is constant, but it’s what we do at 14 and 15. It's tough work but it pays the bills and keeps things moving. We just take it one day at a time.
