R K A Enterprise is sitting at C- 275/ 1 on Street No. 11 in Bhajanpura. It’s a narrow street, so it often gets crowded with scooters and people walking by. We’ve been here for a good amount of time. Most of our day is spent handling orders and talking to suppliers. It’s not a quiet place, as Bhajanpura is always moving. We deal with various items, mostly things people need for their shops or homes. The space inside is packed with boxes. Sometimes it feels like we’re running out of room, but a spot for new stock is always found. A big marketing department doesn't exist here. We just put our sign out front and wait for customers. Most of the people who come in are regulars. Knowing them personally makes the work feel better. Trying to be fair and just doing our work is the main thing. Some days we stay late to finish packing everything up. The lighting in the back isn't the best, but we know where everything is kept. It’s a simple setup. Fancy software isn't for us, we just use a pen and paper mostly. It works. We’re just a small part of the local market here on Street No. 11.
