Benevolent Tradex Private Limited

We’ve been working out of the first floor here at E-481 in New Ashok Nagar for a while now. It’s a busy area, lots of people moving around, and we just try to keep things organized with our trading work. Benevolent Tradex Private Limited isn't a fancy setup. It’s mostly just us handling paperwork, checking on shipments, and making sure the boxes get where they need to go. Sometimes the stairs are a bit much when we have deliveries coming in, but we manage. The office isn't huge, but it fits what we do. We deal with various goods depending on what people are asking for that month. Some days are just spent on the phone or staring at the computer screen trying to track down a specific item. It gets loud outside with the traffic, especially in the afternoons. We usually have tea together around four o'clock to take a break from the spreadsheets. The tea stall downstairs is where we get our morning chai, and that usually starts our day. We talk about what needs to be shipped and which vendors are lagging behind. It’s a lot of coordination. There’s no big secret to how we operate. We just show up in the morning, handle the logistics, and try to avoid any big mistakes. If a customer calls, one of us picks up and tries to find an answer. It’s a straightforward job. New Ashok Nagar has everything we need close by, which makes it easier for the staff to get lunch or run errands. We don’t have a flashy showroom. Just a workspace.
