We’re set up in building 363 on street number 6, right in the Durgapuri extension area of Shahdara. It’s a typical Delhi neighborhood where everyone is always on the move. Our building is a bit older, and the stairs can be a bit narrow, but it’s where we do all our work. We deal with various goods, and the inventory changes depending on what’s available and what people are asking for. It’s a lot of lifting boxes and making sure the orders are packed up correctly for delivery. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. Usually, you’ll just find one of us sitting at a wooden desk with a ledger or moving stuff around in the back. The street outside is usually full of rickshaws and vendors, so it’s never really quiet. We’ve been in Shahdara for a long time and we know how things work around here. We don’t try to act like we’re some big corporate entity. We’re just a small team trying to keep the business running and our customers satisfied. Sometimes we stay late to finish a big shipment, and other days we close up early if things are slow. It’s just how it goes. We take things one day at a time and try to keep our heads down and work hard.
