You’ll find Bbm Telecom at 7/152 in Dakshinpuri. It’s a small shop where we handle a lot of telecom-related stuff. Most people come in because they have a problem with their phone connection or they need a new handset. The counter is usually covered with different papers and gadgets we are working on. We have been in Dakshinpuri for quite some time now, so we know many of the families around here. It’s a busy neighborhood and there’s always someone walking in with a question. We sell SIM cards, do recharges, and sometimes help people figure out how to use their smartphones. The shelves are filled with boxes of different brands, some new and some older models. It gets a bit chaotic during the evening when everyone is out running errands. We don’t have any fancy displays or expensive furniture. It’s just a practical place to get your phone issues sorted out. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait to process things, which can be annoying for us and the customers. We just try to get through the daily tasks and make sure everyone gets what they came for. It’s a steady life and we enjoy being part of the local community. There’s always some tea being shared and plenty of talk about what’s happening in the street. We keep the doors open until late to help anyone who might be finishing their work shifts nearby.
