If you're driving down the main road in Badarpur, you’ll find our place right behind the Mehra petrol pump at D1-D2. It's a handy spot because everyone in the area knows where the pump is. We’ve been operating from here for a good while now. The space is a bit of a mix between an office and a storage area. It’s not very big, and sometimes things get a bit cluttered when a new shipment comes in and we have to find room for it. We do a lot of service-related work, so the phones are usually ringing throughout the morning. Some days are slow, and we just sit and talk while we wait for calls, but other days everyone is rushing around trying to finish things. The traffic in Badarpur can be a real nightmare, so we try to get our outside work done early in the morning before it gets stuck. Being right behind the petrol pump means it’s never really quiet outside. There’s always the sound of cars, horns, and people coming and going. We have a small crew here. We know each other's habits and how everyone likes their tea or coffee. We don’t bother with fancy uniforms or anything like that. We just wear what’s comfortable for the job and get it done. If someone stops by, we usually have an extra chair for them to sit on while we talk business. It’s a local business run by local people who live nearby.
