Christmas Gift Box

You can find us at Ground Floor Gallery No. 03 in the Rajiv Gandhi Handicraft Bhawan. It’s right across from that big DLF multi-level car parking on Baba Kharak Singh Marg. It’s a very busy street, always people moving around. Christmas Gift Box is our little corner where we keep all sorts of things meant for giving. The shelves are usually packed tight. Sometimes it feels like there isn't enough room for all the boxes and bags we have piled up. We spend a lot of time rearranging the displays so everything fits. It’s a lot of work when the holiday seasons come around, but even on normal days, we are kept busy with the walk-in crowd. The building itself has a lot of history and other shops nearby. We don't have a fancy website or a big team of people. It’s just us here, opening boxes and helping people pick out gifts. The lighting in the gallery can be a bit bright, and we hear the traffic from the parking lot all day long. We just try to keep things tidy, though with so much stock, it’s hard. People stop in while they are waiting for their cars or just passing by on the way to the metro. We’ve been here for a bit now and know the rhythms of the street pretty well. It's just a shop full of boxes and ribbons and everyday work.
