B L Builders is based over at Plot No. H-496 in Shakarpur. We are quite close to Britania Chowk, so it’s easy for people to find us even with all the traffic in that area. We are mostly a hands-on crew. You won’t find us wearing suits or sitting in air-conditioned rooms all day. We are usually out at a site or here at the yard looking at materials. Construction is a messy business, and our office shows that. There are usually samples of bricks, some wood offcuts, and a lot of blueprints lying around. We’ve been doing this in the Shakarpur area for years. We take on various jobs, from fixing up old houses to starting new walls from the ground up. It’s hard work, especially when the weather isn’t helping, but we’ve got a rhythm down. We don't promise anything fancy, just solid building work that stays standing. People come to us because they’ve seen what we’ve done on the next street over. We don’t have a marketing person. If you want to talk about a job, you just come by the plot and find one of us. We might have some dust on our clothes, but we know how to put a building together. That’s just how we operate day in and day out. We have a small shed for our tools and a desk for the accounts, and that is about all we need.
