Arora Agencies (India)

Up on the 1st floor of Vishnu Bhawan, at 1773-74 in Bhagirath Palace, is where you will find Arora Agencies (India). If you have ever been to Bhagirath Palace, you know it is one of the busiest markets you can find. The noise from the street below never really stops, and there is always a crowd. Our office is a bit of an escape from that, though it is still plenty busy inside. We have piles of catalogs and boxes everywhere. The stairs up to the first floor are old and a bit worn down from all the foot traffic over the years. We spend our days answering phones and checking the stock. It is a bit of a squeeze when we get a big delivery in, but we make it work. The light in the hallway is a bit yellow, and the ceiling is high like many of the older buildings in this area. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just calendars and maybe a few notes taped up. It is a place where business happens in a very traditional way. We have been here long enough to know how the market operates. It’s about being present and getting the orders out to the people who need them. It is crowded, loud, and a bit chaotic at times, but that is just the way Bhagirath Palace is, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
