Amar Electronics

Amar Electronics is located in the Old Lajpat Rai Market at Shop No. 3-A. We are right across from Shop No. 763, which makes us easier to find in the middle of all the noise and crowds of Chandni Chowk. This market is a very old place and it is always packed with people looking for deals. Our shop is quite small, but we make use of every inch of wall space to hang cables and stack boxes. It is the kind of place where you have to watch your step because there might be a box of components on the floor. Working in Chandni Chowk is an experience because it is so loud and busy from morning until night. We see hundreds of people pass by our door every day. Most of our work involves selling electronic parts and fixing small devices. We don't have a fancy office or a place for people to sit and wait. Most customers just stand by the counter while we look for what they need. The market has a lot of history, and we feel like a small part of that. We have been in Shop 3-A for a long time and have seen many other shops come and go. We keep things simple and don't bother with much advertising. People know if they need an electronic part, they can come to the market and find us. It is a tough way to work sometimes because of the heat.
