Altawel Water Solutions

We’ve been at Shop No 3 in Chawla Colony for a while now. Being on 100 Feet Road means there is always noise and dust, but it’s where we are. Altawel Water Solutions isn't a fancy place. It’s just a shop where we keep the equipment and answer the phone. Most days it's just us moving things around and making sure things work right. The summers in Ballabgarh are tough, everyone knows that. It gets hot and the dust from the road settles on everything. We spend a lot of time cleaning the counters. People stop by because they are passing through or live nearby in the colony. It's a busy spot. We don't have a big team or anything, just a few of us here. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit there waiting for it to come back. That's just how it is here. We have some regular people who come in and we know their names. It’s not some big corporate office with glass walls. It’s just a brick and mortar spot on a busy street. We try to keep things simple and honest. If the truck is late, it's late. We don't make excuses. The 100 Feet Road can be a mess during rush hour, but it keeps us connected to the rest of the town. We've seen shops come and go around us, but we're still here at number three.
