You can find us at No-47 in the Ram Gopal Market. We are right near the SBI Bank branch, so the area is always busy with people going in and out of the bank. Being on Narela Road in Bawana means there is always a lot of dust and noise from the trucks passing through. Alra Security System is a small operation. We have cameras and wires and sensors sitting on the shelves. It’s not a showroom; it’s more like a workshop where we get things ready. Most of the time, the floor is covered in bits of wire or cardboard boxes. We spend our days answering the phone and trying to explain how the different systems work to people who aren't very tech-savvy. It can be frustrating when the internet goes out or when a shipment is late, but that’s just how it goes here. We don't have any big corporate goals or fancy slogans. We just install the stuff and make sure it's actually working before we leave. Sometimes we have to go out to sites in the middle of the day when it's really hot. It’s hard work, and we usually end up quite tired by the evening. We just try to do right by the people who hire us. There’s no magic to it, just keeping the shop open and doing the work as best as we can.
