Advance Commutators

We’re located over in Sector 7 at number 74. Advance Commutators is a small operation, mostly just us working with mechanical parts and keeping things moving. The building itself is quite old, but it does the job for what we need. We’ve got benches lined up against the walls where most of the assembly happens. It’s a bit dusty, which is normal for this kind of work. We’ve been in this specific spot for years and know all the shortcuts through the sector. Sometimes the power flickers when the weather gets bad, but we just wait it out and get back to it. It’s a simple life here. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the ropes. We usually have tea together in the afternoon while looking out at the street. There’s no big sign out front, just the number 74 on the door. People who need us usually know where to find us by now. It’s a quiet part of the sector compared to the main market area. We like it that way because we can focus on the tasks at hand without too many interruptions. The floor is concrete and has some oil stains from over the years, but that’s part of the history of the place. We just keep our heads down and finish the work that needs finishing before the sun goes down and we lock up for the night. It's just a regular workday for us.
