Our place is out in Siraspur at Plot-1 in the Goverdhan Estate. A Prailam Chemicals Pvt Ltd has been operating from this site for a good bit of time. It's an industrial area, so it gets a bit dusty and there are trucks moving around all day long. We have the warehouse and the office right there together. It makes it easier to keep an eye on everything without having to run across town. Most of the staff has been with us for years. We know the neighbors and the delivery guys by name. It’s a practical setup. We don't have a fancy lobby or coffee machines for guests. You just walk in and someone will help you out from behind the desk. Sometimes the yard gets a bit cluttered when a big shipment comes in, but we clear it out eventually. We deal with various chemicals and keep them stored where they should be. It’s hard work and the hours can be long, especially when we're trying to get a load out before dark. We just do what needs doing to keep the business running. It's not a glamorous job, but it's what we know. We’re usually there from early morning until the gates close in the evening. There is usually a bit of noise from the neighboring plots, but you get used to it. We just focus on the orders we have to fill.
