Zantic Pharmaceuticals Private Limited is over in the Selaqui Industrial Area. We are specifically at F-88, on the front side of the ground floor. Bharat Chaudhary is the name on the lease here. Selaqui is a busy place, full of factories and people moving goods all day long. Being on Camp Road makes it easy for trucks to find us. We don't have a massive floor plan, just enough for our office and a bit of storage for the products. The ground floor location is really handy for moving boxes in and out without messing with any elevators or stairs. It gets a bit noisy during the day with all the industrial activity around us, but you get used to it after a week or so. We handle the pharmaceutical business from this unit. It’s a very practical setup for us. We didn't spend a lot on making the place look pretty because that's not what matters for what we do. We just need a solid roof and a place to keep our files and products safe and dry. Dehradun is a good hub for this kind of work. The Selaqui area has everything a small pharma company needs to stay running without trouble. We have our neighbors in other units and we all just do our own thing. It's not a flashy life, but it’s good, steady work. We are usually here early and stay until the last shipment is ready to go out to the customers.
