If you find yourself on Kanwali Road, you’ll see us at number 15. Ish Medicos Pvt. Ltd. is just a regular business. We've been at this location for a good while now, and the neighbors know us. It’s not a shiny glass building. It’s just a practical space where we can get our work done. We handle a lot of different things throughout the day. Some days it’s mostly answering phones, and other days we are busy moving stock around. We don't really have a culture or anything like that. We just work. We have a small lunchroom where we all sit and talk about normal stuff like the weather or the news. The traffic on Kanwali Road can be a bit much sometimes, but we are used to it by now. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment, just what we need to stay organized. It’s a bit cramped in some rooms because of all the files, but we manage. We aren't trying to change the world. We just want to make sure the business stays running and our customers get what they need. It’s a straightforward way to live. We don't put on an act for anyone. If you walk in, you’ll see us in our regular clothes, just doing the job. We've had the same sign out front for years. It’s home for us during the day, and we try to keep it simple.
