Visheshwara Constructions Private Limited

Visheshwara Constructions is situated at 12/2 in Dutta Enclave. We are right on Kanwali Road in Dehradun. It’s a busy street, so there’s always noise from the cars and scooters passing by. Our office is a simple place where we manage all the building projects we have going on. Dehradun-248001 is a place we know inside and out. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. We’re a smaller team that focuses on getting things built properly. Most of our time isn't spent in the office anyway. We are usually out at the sites, making sure the foundations are right or the walls are going up straight. Kanwali Road is a good spot because we can get to different parts of the city fairly quickly, as long as the traffic isn't too backed up. We don't use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to people. We just explain what needs to be done and how much it’s going to cost. It’s a lot of coordination with workers and making sure materials arrive when they should. Some days are stressful when things don't go as planned, but that’s just how construction is. We just take it one day at a time. It’s honest, hard work that keeps us going. We’ve built a lot of relationships with local folks over the years and we just keep at it as best we can.
