We've been working out of Shivalik Nagar for a while now. The office is at No S/2271. It's just a small setup where we handle local property stuff and construction projects. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and checking on sites around the neighborhood. We don't have a big fancy team, just a few of us who know the area well. Sometimes things get busy and the desk is a mess, but we manage to keep track of everything. People around here usually just drop by when they have questions about land or a new building going up. We try to be straightforward with folks. It's not about big speeches or anything like that. We just do the work that needs doing. Shivalik Nagar is a good place to be based because everyone knows everyone. If you’re walking past S/2271, you’ll probably see us inside drinking tea or looking at some floor plans. We handle a bit of everything regarding infrastructure and realty in this pocket of the city. It’s practical work. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to help people find the right spot or get their project finished without too much of a headache. The paperwork can be a pain sometimes, but that's just how it goes in this business. We’ve learned to deal with it over the years. We aren't polished and we don't have a receptionist in a suit. It is just us here. So anyway, that’s pretty much us in a nutshell, just trying to keep things moving.
