Laj Farms

We are located at Office No 11 in the New Market area, right by the Clock Tower on Rajpur Road in Vikasnagar. It’s a busy part of town, especially on market days. Our focus is on the farm side of things, even though our office is here in the middle of the shops. We deal with produce and farm management. It’s a bit of a mix between being in the office and being out in the fields. We don't use big words to describe what we do. It’s mostly about growing things and making sure they get to where they need to go. The office is usually a bit chaotic with papers and phone calls from people looking for supplies or checking on their orders. We aren't some big corporate farm. We are just local people who know a lot about the land in this part of Vikasnagar. You’ll often find us drinking tea and talking about the weather, because the weather is everything in our line of work. We don't have a polished look. The office has old furniture and some posters on the wall that have been there for years. We just try to keep things moving. If you need to know about what’s growing or how the harvest is looking, this is where we sit and figure it out. The stairs up to the office are a bit narrow, and we’ve been meaning to fix the light in the hallway. It’s just how it is.
