We've been at Neshvilla Road for a while now. It's a busy spot here on Chaudhary Bihari Marg. Dealing with construction work isn't always pretty, things get dusty and the weather in Dehradun doesn't always help out. We spend most of our time on site or back here at the office trying to keep things moving. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on supplies. Most people around here know where 17/17 is. We handle the usual building stuff, some days it’s smooth and other days there are delays with materials or the rain starts pouring down right when we need to pour concrete. That's just how it goes in this business. Our team is basically just a few local guys who know the area well. We aren't doing anything fancy, just putting in the work and making sure walls go up straight. Sometimes the traffic on Neshvilla Road makes it hard for deliveries to get through, but we manage. If you walk past the office, you’ll probably see us arguing over blueprints or drinking tea. It’s not a big corporate setup, just V K R Construction Llp doing what we do every day. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years and we're just glad to be a small part of the community here in Dehradun. It keeps us busy enough and that’s what matters most to us at the end of the day. We stay focused on the work.
