Our place is on College Road, specifically in the Paharigali area of Ward No. 8 in Vikasnagar. It’s a pretty straightforward setup we have here. We deal with stone crushing every day, which means plenty of noise and a lot of heavy lifting. The yard gets pretty busy with tractors and trucks coming in from all over the local area. We don't really do anything fancy. Most of the time, I'm out there checking the belt or talking to the guys about which pile needs to be moved next. It’s a local business through and through. We’ve lived in Vikasnagar a long time, so we know how things work around here. The road can get a bit dusty when the wind picks up, but that’s just how it goes with a crusher. We try to keep things moving so nobody is waiting too long for their load. It’s just regular work for regular people. There aren't any big speeches or corporate goals written on the walls. We just want to get through the day's tasks and make sure the equipment is ready for tomorrow morning. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall down the road during the afternoon lull. It’s a decent way to make a living, even if it is a bit loud. We’ve been at this for a while and don't plan on changing much anytime soon. It's just life.
