Uttaraengineers Infra Developers Private Limited is a local outfit based in Dehradun. You can find us at 183/174 Kanwali Gram, specifically in Vyomprasth Phase 1. We’ve been working out of this spot for quite some time now. Our work focuses on infrastructure and development, which keeps us pretty busy around the city. Kanwali Gram is a familiar area to most people in Dehradun, and we like being based here. We aren't a big, polished company with a hundred employees. It’s a more hands-on operation where we all wear different hats. One day we might be looking over drawings, and the next we’re out on a site in the rain. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s just how development goes. We don't use any fancy talk or corporate jargon. We just tell it like it is. If a project is going to take longer, we say so. We try to be practical and honest with everyone we deal with. Being in Vyomprasth Phase 1 means we’re part of the local fabric here. We’ve seen the roads get busier and the buildings get taller. We are just trying to do our part and keep the work coming in. Our office is a place for planning and coffee, mostly just a spot to regroup before heading back out to the job sites.
