You can find us over on Rajpur Road at the enclave we built, address 101 A in the Kutumbh Apna Bhabrooks and Woods area. It’s a nice part of Dehradun with plenty of trees and a bit of fresh air. We are developers, so we spend our time thinking about land and how to turn it into something useful for people. Our office is right here in the enclave, which makes it easy for us to keep an eye on things. It is not a very formal place. We usually have a lot of paperwork and maps spread out across every available surface. We don't go in for fancy mission statements or corporate buzzwords. We just talk to our clients like normal people. Dehradun has changed so much since we started, and Rajpur Road is much busier than it used to be. We work with a variety of contractors and architects to get our projects off the ground. It is a lot of coordination and sometimes things don't go exactly as planned, but we always find a way to work through the issues. Most of our days are spent on the phone or walking around site locations. We are just local people who have been in the development game for a while. If you are in the neighborhood, you will likely see us around. We don't do much advertising; we just let our buildings speak for themselves. It's a simple, honest way to work.
