We are located over in the June State area of Bhimtal, right at Deepak Lal’s place in Bharatpur. It’s a good spot in the Nainital district. Most of what we do involves getting out to building sites and checking on progress. Construction here takes a bit of planning because of the terrain. You can’t just throw a building up anywhere. We spend a lot of time looking at slopes and making sure materials can actually get up the narrow roads. It’s a lot of physical work and coordination with local labor. We don't have a corporate lobby or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably find us looking over blueprints or talking to suppliers on the phone. It gets pretty cold here in the winter months, which usually slows things down on the sites, so we do more of the planning then. We’ve been part of the community in Bharatpur for a bit now. People know us by name, which is how it should be in a place like Bhimtal. We handle the foundations, the walls, and all the messy parts of building. It’s not always pretty, and things get delayed sometimes because of the rain, but we just keep at it. Our office is simple, just enough room for the essentials and a place to sit. We focus on the work at hand rather than making things look shiny. That is how we do things.
