We are located over at F-104 in the Platinum Paradise Residency, which is right on 45 Canal Road in Kishanpur. If you know Dehradun, you know Canal Road can get pretty backed up with cars, especially during the rush hours. Our office isn't a shop front or anything, it’s just one of the units in the residency where we handle all the Trishulavaradharini Buildtech Private Limited business. We spend most of our time looking at site plans and making calls to contractors or people who need things built. It’s a decent enough spot to work from, even if it feels a bit like a regular apartment sometimes. We have our computers set up and stacks of files everywhere. It’s mostly just a lot of coordinating between different people to make sure things actually get built. Dehradun is growing fast, so there’s always something new happening nearby. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It is just a few rooms where we get the work done. Usually, the morning starts with a lot of phone calls and checking on how things are moving along at different locations. We try to stay organized, but with construction, there is always something that doesn't go quite right, so we just deal with it when it happens. It’s a lot of regular, everyday work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday.
