Smart Choice Builders Private Limited is based out in Sahaspur, Vikasnagar. We are located at house number 429, which is the home of Rijwan, son of Hanif Mohamad. We are a small building company that focuses on the work right here in our own backyard. Vikasnagar is a bit different from the main city of Dehradun, and we like the pace here. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have seen our work around the 248197 area. We don't spend money on big ads or fancy signs. We just take our tools and our experience to whatever site needs us. Building a house or a wall is simple work if you know what you are doing, but it takes time and effort. We deal with the heat and the dust every day. Sometimes it is hard to get the right materials delivered on time, but we manage. Rijwan keeps track of the projects and makes sure we have what we need. It is a family-style business where everyone knows each other. We don't have a corporate office with air conditioning; we are usually out where the bricks are being laid. It is just a practical way to run a building business in a place like Sahaspur. We do what we say we will do without any big corporate talk.
