Shri Vaibhav Constructions Private Limited

We've been working out of Shivalik Enclave for a while now. Our office is right near Sandalwood School, at House No. 2 in Lane 2. Dehradun is a growing place, and we've been part of that, mostly doing building work around here. It started small. We handle various construction jobs, from small walls to bigger houses. The weather here in Uttarakhand can be tricky for building, especially with the rains, so we've learned how to manage schedules. It’s not always easy. Sometimes materials show up late or the labor doesn't show, but that's how it goes in this business. We don't have a big fancy office. It's just a place where we sit and figure out the plans. People usually find us by asking around or just seeing the sign near the school. We try to be fair with people. Most of our work is right here in the local area. We know the roads and where to get the sand and bricks nearby. It’s a lot of physical work and talking to suppliers on the phone all day. We just keep at it, one project after another. If you're walking past Lane No. 2, you might see us coming and going. It’s just us doing what we know how to do, day in and day out. Not much more to say than that. We're just local builders trying to do a decent job for folks in Dehradun.
