Shamita Infraconstruct Private Limited is set up over in Adarsh Nagar, right near Jolly Grant in Dehradun. This place is pretty easy to find if you know where the post office is. Shamita Bhandari started this with Dharmendra Kuma, and it is really just a local operation based out of their home area. We do a lot of construction work around here. It gets busy because of the airport nearby. Sometimes the roads are a bit dusty with all the trucks moving around, but that is just how it goes in this part of Uttarakhand. We have been around for a bit now, focusing on projects that people actually need. It is not a big corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. Instead, it is a practical setup where we look at site plans and deal with workers. The weather in Dehradun changes a lot, so we have to plan our building schedules around the rain. Working in Adarsh Nagar feels right because we know the neighbors and the local suppliers. We keep our tools and materials ready to go when a new job starts up. There is always something to fix or build around the village and the surrounding areas. It is straightforward work. We show up, do the job, and move to the next site.
