Security Bazaar

Security Bazaar is located at Shop No. 4/1 on Malviya Road, right by Laxman Chowk. It is a small shop, but we pack a lot into it. The shelves are pretty high and we have to use a step ladder to reach the stuff at the top. Malviya Road is always bustling, so there is never a dull moment. You can hear the rickshaws honking and people shouting out to their friends all day long. The shop floor is a bit scuffed from all the feet walking through over the years. We keep a small stool behind the counter where we sit when things get a bit slow. Usually, we are busy organizing the inventory or checking the latest arrivals. We don't really do much in the way of fancy displays. We just put things where they fit and hope we can find them again later. It’s a bit of a squeeze when more than two people are in here at once, but we make it work. We know most of the other shopkeepers around Laxman Chowk, so we often spend a few minutes chatting over the counter. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we just open the front door wider and keep going. It’s just the way things are in this part of the city. We’re just local people running a local shop.
