SDVC Construction Private Limited is located out in the Doiwala section of Dehradun, specifically around Kaluwala. Our office is tied to Khasra numbers 632 and 633 in Mauja Kaluwala, which is near Bhaniyawala. It is a bit of a trek from the center of Dehradun, but we like being out where the actual building is happening. This part of Pargana Parwadun is growing, and we are right in the middle of it. We are a construction company, so our days are filled with checking on materials like sand and cement and making sure the workers know what they are doing. It is not a quiet desk job. We are usually out in the fields or at the construction sites. The 248001 area has a lot of potential, and we are just trying to do our part in building the local structures. We don't have a corporate mission or any of that fancy talk. We just show up every morning and try to get the walls built straight. It can be a bit messy and disorganized sometimes, especially when the weather isn't cooperating, but that is the nature of construction.
