You can find us at Sai Graphics on Gali No.-3 in Nanak Vihar. We are situated in the Derakhas area, which is right near Indresh Hospital. It is a very busy part of the city, so there is always noise and movement outside our shop. We have been in this location for several years, providing graphic services and printing to the people in the neighborhood. Our shop is quite small and can get pretty warm during the summer months with all the computers and printers running at the same time. We don't have a fancy front desk or a waiting lounge; it is just a place where work gets done. Most of our customers are locals or small shop owners who need something designed or printed quickly. We don't use any corporate language or pretend to be bigger than we are. We are just a small team that knows how to use the software and the machines we have. Sometimes we are here late into the night trying to finish a big order for a local festival. Our desks are usually buried under piles of paper and sample prints. It is a very hands-on and sometimes messy business, but we like it that way. We know many of our customers by their first names and we have a good relationship with the other shop owners on the street. It is just a simple, local operation.
