We run Romil Rohan Buildwell LLP over at 6 B, Govind Nagar, right near the Race Course. It's a decent spot to work from. We spend most of our time thinking about buildings and how to get them finished on time. It is not always easy, especially with how the prices of materials keep jumping around lately. We started this because we knew the area well and saw people needed more reliable builders who actually show up. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep the files and meet with contractors. Usually, there is a lot of noise coming from whatever project we have going on nearby. We don’t use big words or try to act like we’re something we aren’t. We just do the work. If you walk into Govind Nagar, you’ll probably see us coming or going from the site. Some days are just meetings and more meetings, which can be a bit boring compared to being out where the actual building happens. We’ve got a small crew, and everyone knows their job. We don’t spend money on fancy advertisements; word of mouth usually does the trick for us. People just want a house that stands up straight and doesn't leak. That is what we focus on. Being based near the Race Course is handy for getting around town quickly. We just keep our heads down and do the next job, day after day.
